Personal Training

In Person

Consists of single sessions or block bookings for a single client, based at my gym or a place of your choosing. Programme is provided.

Initial Fitness Assessment - 1 hour

Full assessment of your current fitness level

Plus a consultation on your current schedules, any barriers to exercise and preferences to exercise styles.

Personal Training Session - 1 hour

60 minutes of personal training based on your fitness evaluation and goals. Based either at my home gym, your place or a gym you work out at.

Personal Training Session - 30 minutes

30 minutes express session of personal training based on your fitness evaluation and goals. Designed with the time challenged client. Based either at my home gym, your place or a gym you work out at.

Training Blocks

Take advantage of a cheaper price and book 10 sessions but only pay for 9. Receive a block of training suitable for the next 6 – 10 weeks. Each block comes with a fitness test and a final evaluation to allow you to work on what you want to. You can purchase 30 or 60 minute blocks of 10.

Group Training

2 – 4 participants

Designed for small groups of up to 4 people, a more affordable option than personal training with all of the benefits of training in a small group with a coach.

Group Fitness Testing - 1 hour

Full assessment of your groups current fitness level

Plus a consultation on your current schedules, any barriers to exercise and preferences to exercise styles. I can tailor your session around any sports or fitness events.

Group Session - 1 hour

Warm up, strength portion, functional workout and cool down based on your groups goals and preferences.

Group Training Block

Book in a block of 10 sessions and pay for only 9.

Smash your goals with friends in this small group setting, each block will have a different focus depending on your long term goals for your group.

Use the block to work on fitness for any sport or activity or just enjoy working out with friends in this small class environment led by a coach.

Parent & Child Session

Want to train with your child?

You can keep each other accountable and work towards your goals with this intimate family session. 

This session is ideal if you are struggling to get into a traditional gym or are neurodivergent and distracted by others. We can choose the noise levels, environment and the type of exercise based around you.

This two person session is designed especially for you and your child to gain strength, fitness and build your relationship. Exercise is a great stress reliever.

Mindset Round the Bays 10KM Team

You can Run Programme

Couch to 30 minutes of running in 9 weeks. Suitable for beginners of all shapes, sizes and ages.

Regular intakes across the year.

 

ND & masters Functional

Small functional based classes and bootcamps, the environment and workouts are tailored to the requirements of the participants.

Divergent kids & Teens

Age and disability related PT, classes and bootcamps based around the special movement requirements of (dis)ability and neurodivergence in young people.

Gym Owners - Staff Cover

If you need holiday cover, the odd day here and there or maybe someone to cover sickness, give me a call. I’m flexible and able to help with your group fitness classes.

I’m REPs registered with full liability cover as a contractor.

Personal Trainer - Hire my Space

You can use my small garage gym space to coach your own clients when I’m not using it. I have some basic equipment & audio visual equipment. I work from home and am on hand to help you with anything you need help with. Contact me regarding costs and how to access my facilities.

PT / Specialist Group Classes

I’m REPs registered  as a contractor. I have a special interest in mature and senior clients. I also have lived experience as a neurodivergent functional athlete. I’m happy to talk with you about specialist blocks and personal training.
