If you are struggling to feel fit and healthy and make the necessary changes to your lifestyle, you are not alone.

Many people struggle to make the start for many different reasons.  We call those reasons barriers and they can be very difficult to overcome on your own.

Barriers can be physical, such as health conditions, injuries, age related mobility problems and obesity. They can also be mental, such as depression, anxiety, trauma and neurodivergence which includes autism, dyspraxia and ADHD.

As a mature athlete with a neurodivergent brain I understand and offer no judgement, just support, understanding and guidance as we work together to achieve your goals.
